My daughter was getting good Grades in math but I noticed she was having trouble recalling math formulas that she had previously learned. Being a freshman in high school I knew her classes were going to become increasingly harder and decided to sign her up for tutoring to get her some extra help and give her a better chance at success in math. Mathnasium did an initial assessment to see where she needed extra help, and built a personalized lesson plan for her. She also takes her math homework to tutoring and they help her to understand what she is currently learning.

My grandson always comes away saying it was fun. It has helped him and I look forward to his continued improvement in math

All staff and personnel are very outgoing and experienced. They’ve been of great help to my child and I am very grateful. Please check them out if your child is struggling with math. They will help them tremendously.

I highly recommend enrolling children to Mathnasium! The center director, Derek and his staff are super experts in teaching and they have amazing skills to connect with each student in any level and personality.

Honestly, the monthly tuition is very reasonable and efficient compared to hiring a private tutor or other services.

Also I want to emphasize the benefit of going to the center during the summer! It will make a big difference when your child starts a new school year in math.

My son has been going to Mahnasium Norman for about 8 years.
He says he wants to keep going. The main reason is he can receive the quality of great service. According to my son, the math teachers in school are always rushing when he asks questions. Therefore, he is hesitant to ask anymore questions even though he hasn't fully understood.

Whereas, the staff at Mathnasium are very patient and professional in teaching. My son feels comfortable asking questions and they break down the problems until he fully understands.

Some children sometimes need extra steps to understand math, however, not all educators and tutors don't understand. I personally think that is the big problem for many children.

Mathnasium is a center for all children who are advanced and/or behind. I am so grateful to the center. My son is taking advanced math and keeping good grades. It's all the result of great friendly and skilled staff!

My daughter fell behind during Covid and struggled to get caught up. Very happy with the progress she’s made at Mathnasium.

My daughter loves it. She was able to really shore up some learning gaps, she loves the fun environment, and I can't get her to quit so I guess we are just going to keep coming until she is several grade levels ahead!

Amazing Institute

Mathnasium has helped my grandson tremendously! I recommend Mathnasium all the time to people with children or grandchildren who struggle with math, algebra or geometry.

Michael, who runs this Mathnasium, is great to work with. He really inspires confidence in both children and parents. Our son's math grades, and more importantly his confidence, have increased tremendously in the few months he's been going to Mathnasium. I don't really like having to sign on for months at a time, or the flat monthly rate because sometimes life happens and you end up having to cancel a lot which can make it very expensive. But I understand why the pricing model works this way. I would, and do, recommend Mathnasium to other parents.

When my daughter started mathnasium she didn’t understand and hated math, was insecure about math, and got bad grades in math. One year later she’s super confident and gets excited about math (she tells me about the new formulas and equations she learned in class on our car ride home from school), and she has an “A” in math class. The thing I really like about mathnasium is that it set her up for success by training the analytical part of her brain because she actually understands the new stuff she is learning now. Mathnasium works.

My student has a Math Plan accordingly to her grade and needs. The instructors execute great the study plan and my kid enjoys it!

Mathnasium helps my daughter immensely by teaching her in different ways than she is taught in the classroom. The teaching is catered to how she learns. Further, they help her learn her current school work while noting challenging concepts. Those challenges aren’t swept under the rug. They go back to concepts for excellent reviews. This is a happy parent!

Our student doesn’t have anxiety over math since starting sessions at Mathnasium. He has been attending sessions for about 4 months.
