The inspection was great. He caught the smallest details that I could not see. I love the feedback he gave to the builders on what to do and quickly fix the situation. The camera he used was crystal clear. I could everything that he mentions on inspection. I would highly recommend him to everyone who is a first time home buyer. Also, the inspection did not take long, maybe 30-40 minutes and he had my paperwork ready in 20 minutes after the inspection.

Bo was a wonderful inspector. He was timely, arrived early to do the outside inspection due to concern about rain. He is detail oriented and thorough with his inspections. Since we were first time home buyers, he walked us through the inspection report, pointing out the different items from 1) this needs to be done/inspected before closing to protect our interest, 2) these are things that should be taken care of soon, and 3) things that are more general maintenance for upkeep. He specified items that we should hire contractor for and also what are things that we can easily do/replace on our own (even rough pricing for parts/items at local stores!) He also had great recommendations for contractors when we needed.

Robert was meticulous in this inspection, he informed me of every problem, whether it should be repaired, replaced or if it needed a professional to check or repair. I so appreciate his honesty, he did inform me of what could not be checked because of people not clearing things for his inspection.
He also made himself available for any questions or follow up. When I could not download a copy of the inspection and I let him know he was very understanding and sent it to me in a form that I could gain access.
