Staff at Dogtopia are wonderful! They take great care of my dog while he is there and always remember who we are. They have loved watching him come out of his shell, and encourage him to have fun. I also enjoy that I can watch him on the webcams. He is quite a different and more outgoing dog while he is there! The staff make him feel so comfortable. Best day ever!!!

From the moment I arrived at Dogtopia for information, I felt at home! The entire staff is polite, professional, and pup-obsessed! My dog was a little nervous about "puppy school" at first, but they helped her and within a short while she was playing and having a great time! Now I take her 3 times a week, and she gets excited to get inside to see her best friend! I love how the staff knows every dog by name, and they take the time to alert if there is something out of the ordinary going on--for example, Snickers started limping. I forgot to tell them that she had hurt her leg a few days earlier, but they let me know as soon as they noticed. They do fun activity days with the dogs, like hoops and tunnels, and flavored bubbles! At Christmas there was pictures with Santa! For Mother's Day they did paw print art and photos. I enjoy watching my dog throughout the day on the webcam. All in all, I highly recommend Dogtopia!

From the moment I inquired via email to our initial meet and greet this facilty is so attentive, knowledgeable, caring, and patient. I was on vacation and had done some research prior to putting my babies in daycare. This Dogtopia should out above the rest and I am so grateful! I was able to enjoy exploring the town with peace of mind that my babies were being cared for. They have an app that allows you to park in on them anytime throughout the day. They have various activities that they do with the dogs daily. The hours are perfect. My babies were exhausted from playing all day when I picked them up. This was such a great experience and it allowed them to socialize in a more controlled and safe environment. We will definetly be back!!!

We feel safe leaving our mini-poodle MacKenzie with them always. We know she is well taken care of and the grooming is awesome as well.
They also provide live video to watch your doggie on their website which is another feel-good part of their business. Finally the staff is amazing! They are always upbeat and kind.

Friendly staff

My dog got a basic bath and appeared nicely bathed. The only thing I didn't love is that I saw the technician use a spay on my dog right before bringing him out to me. It's not that big of a deal but the next time I will request that only the products I bring in to be used on my dog.

I love the personal service and kind people who look after Winston during his visits.

Friendly staff make me feel comfortable leaving my pup for the day. I really like that I can check in on him on the webcams and how happy and tired he is when I pick him up. I also thought the report card was adorable :) Next week my pup is scheduled for a haircut while he’s at daycare. How convenient!

I live Dogtopia! I always feel comfortable dropping off Luna for a day or even a night. I know that when she’s at Dogtopia the staff is taking great care of her and she’s having a blast with her pup friends. I think she has more fun there than at home or at the park! This is the 4th Dogtopia Luna has been to and I’ve received great customer service each time. There’s nothing to complain about! If I could afford it, Luna would be there every day while I’m at work.

My little Yorkie A.J. get's the attention he needs from staff. He enjoys his playtime with the other small dogs, in a very safe, clean, indoor environment. Also, I like that he has daily naps at the same time each day together with his furry friends. :)

Location is great, staff is very friendly, webcam access is awesome, drop offs and pick ups are a breeze. And my dog has a blast and comes home happy and tired!

Very friendly and shows they really care about your pet. We also like being able to view our pet through the app on camera.

We've had groomers in Oregon, Washington and Arizona but Mika groomed our 7 yr old, 80 lb, Aussiedoodle Gomez for the first time. Gomez was groomed to perfection and I love receiving his report card! Mika is truly an artist. We will definitely be back!

Nice facilities, friendly staff

Being able to drop off our dog at Dogtopia as needed, rather than a fixed schedule or fixed number of days a week, makes Dogtopia of Miramar so convenient for us. Furthermore, our dog absolutely loves going to Dogtopia and gets excited when we tell her that she is going there for the day. Very professional and warm staff.
