The staff is professional and courteous, and relates very well to students. My son had instructors that he enjoyed working with, who were kind and respectful of him, but firm and got him to do the work. The clear and consistent reward program is very effective. My child has difficulty focusing on math problems just because he has been told to, but he works very hard to get points through the reward program. And the spin wheel at the end of each session is the perfect inconsistent high payoff reward to keep him interested in going to tutoring often.

The assessment given at the beginning seemed spot on. Without me saying anything prior, it identified areas his teachers and I already knew he was behind in.
