Mathnasium gave my daughter more confidence, but not just with her math skills. She feels ready to tackle challenges in all of her subjects. Having access to more than one tutor each day helps her to see each problem from different perspectives and find the approach that makes the most sense to her. Although she started below grade level, the tutors put her at ease and never made her feel incompetent. On the contrary, they made her feel like she was completely capable of learning and advancing her skills. She always leaves Mathnasium in a good mood, and that is priceless!

My son’s math scores and confidence were a concern at the end of the last school year. After a summer at Mathnasium, he is fully engaged in his math group, working with kids in the next grade level. Beyond math, he is using strategies from Mathnasium to set himself goals and organize his schoolwork. I am thrilled with the impact Liz, Alexa, Kristen, Nicole and the whole crew have had on our family. Plus, we are now well-versed in solving the Rubix cube!

Our daughter was having issues with pre-calc and trig and had not been taught the basics from the teachers at school. We were so lucky that she was able to have 2 instructors that sat and taught her the basics prior to even reviewing and starting her homework/review assignments. Once she had the grasp of the basics, the rest feel into place for her. The instructors were very knowledgeable, seemed to enjoy teaching and were very friendly. I would recommend the Longmont location to any one of our friends whose child/children may be struggling.
My daughter dreaded math before she started going to Mathnasium. Now she loves it! She feels confident and curious with her lessons and she loves the tutors. They are very kind and explain the concepts well.
