I love the overall experience my boys are having with working with their teachers. They love to go to their sessions every day! The teachers make fun and personalize the lessons to the children’s individual personalities and capabilities.
Knowledgeable and friendly tutors and admin staff. Easy checkin and checkout process. This is my second time using Sylvan and I’ve had a great experience both times. They helped both of my kids complete summer assignments for Advanced classes.
Ava gets the help she needs and they are so easy to work with on scheduling.

Work 1:1 with each student because everyone learns at a different level and pace. They give you plenty of practice exams to work on at home.
I love the parental conference to update and discuss child's progress and future plan of how to help the child to achieve their goals. I love the homework assistance and the non judgmental atmosphere

The staff are very friendly, answer all questions honestly and listen to the student and parents. Their methods and assessments are spot on. They also promote increased confidence and self esteem in education. Big change in her attitude and expectations this year from school!! With a 13 y/o this is big stuff!!!! Best money I have spent on her!! Name brand clothes and shoes don't "make" a good student- it is the educational quality and these guys are really giving her a solid foundation as well as understanding the current curriculum and how to "do" some of the new processes (esp. new math). Shout out to Ms. Crystal!!!

I like the patient, calm teachers. They stay patient when your child can't find the answer. I also love that you show us results every month. The reward system is wonderful and makes my child feel good.
The staff are very professional. They all communicate effectively with the kids and reinforce the importance of education. They also make education fun and cool! My granddaughter says everytime she has a new tutor that they are her favorite!!!! Great confidence building!!!
