I primarily take Yoga sculpt and only the first classes of the day. MK and Marley are fantastic and I wish they’d teach more 6:15s! I came to CorePower as a sculpt fan first new to yoga in New York and just recently moved to Philly and love how challenging these two instructors classes are. After class you can hear the other students also raving about how much they loved the true sculpt format and the difficulty of the classes. Please keep encouraging sculpt instructors to think outside of the yoga box, I really love the different moves these two incorporate into their classes!

I thoroughly enjoy CorePower Yoga. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and answer questions about my practice whenever I have them. Attending a class is often my favorite part of the day. Yoga has helped me both mentally and physically and I am a stronger person as a result.

Teaching is excellent.
Overall it’s a great studio with fantastic teachers. I enjoy the flow and challenge of the c2 classes and the mental and physical clarity they bring me. Occasionally the c2s can feel more like a workout class and less like yoga. However, love the flexible hours and big shout out to Brian. My tight hips love his class!
I like that each teacher has a slightly different flow and approach to class. I really like the availability of classes, my boyfriend and I have different schedules and it’s nice to know we can get in a class pretty much most hours of the day

I love the classes and instructors at CPY, they are the best! I would love if some of the Corepower strength X classes especially in the weekday evenings could be added to the Classpass schedule!
I like the website because it’s clear and easy to book and cancel a class. All the coaches are well-experienced and give me many positive energy! It’s like recharging myself each time I come to the class!

CorePower Yoga classes are often the best part of my day and I thoroughly look forward to them. Putting my phone away for an hour helps me find peace, alleviates stress and anxiety and improves my mental health. I enjoy the personal flair that each teacher adds to their class. Whenever something feels repetitive and stale, it is very easy to take a different teacher's class just to change it up since there are so many class options. All of the teachers do a great job putting care into their practice and it is noticeable when they adjust the cadence of their voice to emphasize certain words and cues. Bre's foundational class was extremely helpful to learn certain movements in a slower environment than mid-flow (ie: putting heel down, then ball of foot, then toe for transition from three-leg dog to low lunge.) I'm hoping for a handstand class to be added to the schedule.

It’s been a great first month at corepower. I find the instructors extremely helpful and energetic all through class. Sculpt and strength full body challenge me, and I love the feeling after the workout is complete.
