I LOVE the instructors! I'm biased to those that teach HPF (especially Shari, Amber, and Ramona) because those are the classes I most frequent but these ladies are just fantastic. They have unique approaches to the same goal - creating a physically challenging practice that also brings a level of awareness and mindfulness.
Throughout my time practicing at the Pentagon location, they've all offered great feedback throughout class and I also enjoy their motivational quotes and playlists :).
I would love to take candlelight yoga for Fall/Winter if they were offered again.
Love the classes and facilities. Not only that, but the manager had a long convo with my friend and I after class (he had substituted for the class) about our yoga goals and took a genuine interest in our practice. I love this location so much!

I received an incredibly warm and enthusiastic welcome when I arrived at the studio. The space itself was clean and bright, and it had all the amenities I could ask for. The instructor for my Yoga Sculpt class had a great energy, and I left feeling strong and relaxed.
Challenging workout with special emphasis on core, great instructors, hot yoga makes me so much more stretched out in one hour that can't be done in a room temperature room- my hamstrings thank you.
