I love CPY! It's a haven from all of the stress and chaos of everyday life. Pentagon City is one of the most well-run studios in the DC/MD/VA area and is extremely clean. Alyssa and the team are always friendly and thoughtful about feedback. Linh and Amanda are in my top 5 when it comes to HPF instructors. Keep up the great work!

Hoping you can bring back physical assists in the near future. Those were always helpful in terms of alignment and are very motivating.

Ohenominal studio with wonderful teachers and a student base that truly is a community. We tend to be a bit more family and friend likencompaired together studies that may be more upbeat or transient with students. We also have phenomenal HPF schedule and C2 instructors.

My 18 year old daughter and I are doing the two week free trial. We have been to two studio's and liked them both. Love the time choices and variety of classes at different times. I have always gone to private studios with more flexibility in the vibe of the class to the instructor accommodates. But I like the patterns and expectations. We meet another Mother Daughter duo who are doing this for senior moments together. I am glad we found Corepower and plan on joining. Wish there was a family discount.

I love going to Core Power in Pentagon City. The staff is very nice and acknowledge me by name. The classes are well taught and the instructors are knowledgeable. It is a great place to practice yoga. It is conveniently located. The studio is very clean, including the locker room and restroom.
