Mr Alex was great with Mia. I am not leaving on a sour note. He was patient over the zoom and helpful. She definitely has improved since we started in Nov 2019 and I appreciate all of you. You guys jumped right into online and it was good. I think having it online you don’t always get to keep the child engaged but I like that it was small zoom participants. Also with everything now being online for school I found it challenging to get help with actual homework since the parent would now have to download their homework. However you guys had supplemental worksheets to help in the areas of where the school was currently teaching. Continue to find patient employees for the younger kids. Also Ms Mariana has been helpful since day one. Thanks and I wish this business well. We might be back.

Mathnasium has been great for my daughter, I’ve seen her attitude about math change into a positive one. She used to get very frustrated and sometimes upset when doing math because she felt like she couldn’t understand. Mathnasium has changed the way she feels about math, she seems to look forward to her tutoring sessions and already has some favorite instructors. I’m so glad that I signed her up, d sad he definitely has gained some confidence when it comes to math! Thanks to all of the staff, they made us feel very welcome when we first started and made sure everything was understood. It’s been a great experience so far!

Our son was a rising 6th grader when he first came to Mathnasium. He was struggling with 5th grade math and lacked the confidence to reach his full potential. After a few sessions with the Mathnasium staff, he settled in and became comfortable in the new environment. It's difficult to assess exactly how well he is doing with his newly acquired skill sets until he gets going with 6th grade Math. We do know that his confidence and outlook on Math tutoring is more favorable now than ever before. We've tried after school tutoring, in-home tutoring, and additional time at libraries, etc. None of these had the ideal impact. Mathnasium offers the right mix of environment, staff, teaching styles, and reward system.
Mathnasium has provided the tools that both my children have used to achieve success in school. The current tutoring staff is friendly and give honest feedback, which I certainly appreciate. The staff provide updates, and parents receive a chart of goals and accomplishments monthly which is great as you can see what specific math areas your child has mastered and those that need more work. And lastly, they offer fun activities and allow the kids to shine by highlighting achievements for all to see-I know that empowers the child and instills confidence. Well worth the time and money.
My daughter has made great progress in closing her gap since she started Mathnasium 6 months ago. She enjoys going to the center which is a plus!

Every tutoring at Mathnasium of Woodmore are very professional and dedicated to each and every student. I bring my granddaughter, Ke'Yasia every week on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. it is a pleasure for both of us to come into the center. Ke'Yasia has developed a close relationship with two of the tutors but I know that she likes and respects them all.
Your staff was there for my son when he really needed you.

The owner is very nice she sat with us and ask my daughter a couple big questions and was able to tell me exactly what she thought and she was absolutely right even before I could tell her about my daughter she was able to pick it up during our first visit

After meeting with Mrs. Akinneye, I knew I wanted to enroll my grandson in Mathnasium. Her professionalism and knowledge of the center was exceptional and above par. I ask my grandson after every session how did he like it and he tells me it is great. He seems to understand some of his problems at school better. I also asked him about the teachers and he praise them to the highest. He loves going to each session. Thank God we found Mathnasium of Woodmore.

The one on one sessions help build my son's confident in mathematics. Before there were a few gaps in understanding mathematical equations.Now that he is coming to the center he doesn't have to try to understand it alone. It takes the frustration out,knowing you have someone knowledgeable beside you to walk you through the confused parts.
My daughter was failing in Math; so I enrolled her in a tutoring program—but program is designed for self teaching and then I had to grade the work myself—so basically no tutoring and I’m doing the work but paying for the services. And on top of that, their workbook was not helping her in her current classes. Thank God my husband saw that a new Math tutoring center had opened up. We scheduled an appointment and was excited to learn that they actually provide tutoring help; helping with homework (a big plus in my book); they will work with my daughter’s teacher so that everyone is in sync; love that they were able to pivot during pandemic to have virtual tutoring, love that they have a monthly check and progress reports. My daughter grade has improved so much—she’s now getting A’s in her weekly report from school. Best of all—I don’t have to do any of the work. And my daughter loves going to the center and the staff is helpful and kind (or else she would have told she doesn’t want to go back). Thanks Mathnasium of Woodmore.
