I really appreciated how friendly, warm, welcoming and pleasant Kasey and her staff were. She was very helpful with explaining all the services they offered. She was so accommodating with getting our puppies in for a meet and greet. The facility was very clean and spacious. I appreciate being able to keep an eye on our pups throughout the day through the webcam. Wonderful facility and staff
Lucy has been in for 2 daycare sessions since her meet and greet! She loves coming in and getting the opportunity to socialize with others and always comes home a bit worn out.

The people who work at the Commerce Dogtopia are the best! You can tell they live their jobs, and the dogs they care for. I wouldn't want to take our dog anywhere else!

The attendants really care about my dog and can tell me exactly how his day went, who he played with, etc. He really enjoys being able to be outside for a good deal of the time. I also like the ability to see him online. Can't say enough good things about the people who run and work at this location!

Clara has stayed at at Dogtopia many times during the day and once overnight, and we know that when she is there, she is in a loving, safe environment. She enjoys her fur friends and her human friends, too. The building and outdoor areas are spotless and the care and attention are outstanding. We have the highest of praise for Dogtopia and the staff.

Overall, we are very happy with the staff and almost every experience has been great. We had 1 small blip last week. We boarded Elan overnight and Sunday when we picked him up, they brought me the wrong dog. This makes me slightly concerned about did my dog get the right food while he was there? What would have happened if I had left medicine with you for him?
