I do like the immediate response I receive when I express any issues or problems, and they really put the right amount of time and effort to ensure everything gets resolved. In my opinion, that is what makes a successful business and I am very glad I chose Jan-Pro to be our cleaning service.

Claudia does a remarkable job for our office cleaning and she is very personable too! Her cleaning products are not too strong which we prefer since I suffer from extreme allergies. She was concerned enough to ask up front what we prefer her to use.
