For me, it's always been about customer service and the people working. I used to frequent the store on 120th and Colorado for every cut until the owner let that store fall into complete disarray. I left for Floyd's. A year later I moved to Firestone and visited the location there and with this store, they do things right. Shelby absolutely rocks and knows how to engage. I finally have a stylist again.
