I like the atmosphere, hot towels and massages( these could be a tad longer :)). Stylist attitudes are very important. Becky had a great attitude and took her time with my cut. I do not like being rushed and I feel if the stylist feels rushed then they will not deliver exceptional value. I would also like to see some type of discount program. I like to feel I will be rewarded for loyalty. This is one of the main reasons I return to businesses. I will hesitate on going back to a business if I feel they will not reward loyalty or at least I will come less often.
