That my dog loves it so & is excited to go. It a great opportunity to develop social skills without the fear of injury or exposure to illness as dogs are vetted (unlike public dog parks). I love being able to see him on camera whenever I feel like checking. The staff is also very attentive

Very clean. Friendly staff. Most kennel/boarding facilities look like an animal shelter when you arrive, DOGTOPIA is warm and welcoming place to bring my dogs. They are excited as soon as they see the building from the car. They always come home happy and ready for a rest!

Friendly staff provide supervised care for their clients pups letting them have a safe enjoyable day of play. Any concerns are addressed immediately and resolved. Being able to view the webcams provides insight into your dogs day.
Comfortable leaving my dog there for the first time. The check-in was good, they integrated him with the other dogs well and he get lots of attention (as seen on webcam). Loved the report card at the end of the day! Feel much more comfortable about leaving him for a week.
The thorough evaluation before allowing a dog to enter the playrooms. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Having on site grooming available. I felt comfortable leaving my dog in their hands and I know he enjoyed it.
