The service we use is the grooming service at Dogtopia. We specifically go to the Meadowvale Dogtopia because of the groomer there, Theresa. We have tried others but she is the best.

We have 2 poodles with very different personalities. The older poodle is very timid and when we tell him he is going to Theresa, he tilts his head and there is no problem dropping him off. The younger dog has no fear and loves to see Theresa. We believe he thinks he is going to the spa. We know that we leave our boys in the best hands when we drop them off for their grooming sessions with Theresa.

There was only one instance where our older dog was dropped off for his grooming and we ended up phoning to find out what was happening after 6 hours. We were told there was an emergency grooming. We would have appreciated a phone call to inform us about the situation and would have picked him up immediately and rescheduled the grooming. As a result, we now book all our boys' grooming sessions for first thing in the morning.

The staff are good, knowledgeable and friendly and take requests about our dogs into consideration for their enjoyment and needs.

I really like the fact that they can be groomed and then go into the play area with other dogs rather than a cage.

I liked how clean the place appeared. I liked how the dogs had a schedule and seemed well taken care of. I really enjoyed the webcam. I didn't like that the boarding my dog for 5+ days does not include a walk.... when a dog is boarded for 5 days or longer there should be walks included... I feel a little nickeled and dimed...

I am currently using the Meadowvale location as it is close to my workplace. I also heard that the Burlington location is open as well which I will also use. I really appreciate that the team takes feedback and is receptive, which will help our dogs enjoy their stay. The crew at Meadowvale are very courteous, lots of fun and I know that they care about our dogs.

Dogs are well taken care of. Staff are friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile for your dog. For example, I bring my 11 year old dog twice a week and he will not pee inside so at noon someone takes him outside. I also like the grooming services. I'm able to get his nails clipped regularly. I have recommended Dogtopia to several of my friends.

Very friendly and kind staff. I was nervous about leaving my puppy on the first day and when I came to pick him up he was happy and tired. Very clean and organized facility, I will be recommending Dogtopia to my friends

I like that my dog can safely play with other dogs around the same size as her and I can check in throughout the day to see how shes doing. Its a great opportunity for her to socialize with other dogs in a controlled environment. Only downside is cost.

Dog daycare. Staff are friendly, rooms seems very clean, and the chance to see my dog on camera during his day at Dogtopia is fantastic!
