Very friendly staff. My dogs love their daycare days and I always know that they are well taken care of.

I bring my dogs when I think they need to spend some time with other dogs and when I feel they need to expend some energy.

They always have a great time and ste very tired when they get home.

Where do I begin? First and foremost the staff is exceptional!! You can see how much they enjoy coming to work, the care and attention they give to all the dogs is truly impressive.
They have loads of activities for the dogs, and even when they are teaching/training, it is always with a positive attitude. Jasper can't wait when he goes to daycare or boarding, he starts getting excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot. He goes all day with his BFFFs and then comes home happy, but thoroughly exhausted, ready for his next day. Thank you Dogtopia.

Their experience and expertise in reading dog 'body language' makes me feel confident in knowing that my canine friend has a safe and fun environment to play with his friends all day.

I would rather comment on a poor experience. We have recently bought 5 day passes. Ashen we purchased the pass the person did not inform us the passes now expire jn three months. The menu board in your lobby also did not disclose this information nor could I find that information on the website. As a customer for the past 5-6 years I was very discouraged. In the past all of the passes had a one year expiry. If policies should change you should be Forthcoming with this information, utilize the emails for conveying this information before those changes take place so pet parents can plan accordingly, and perhaps have staff remind pet parents as they pick us their dogs that a current pass has so many days left that expire soon. This is just sloppy management of the pass system. It felt like you were hiding this information for your own gain.

Wiggins barks a very low type cry when we are about 3 minutes from the daycare. He has his head out the window and just knows that he will be playing with firends all day. Our home life depends on the daycare services and the great people that look after our dog. They have even gone way beyond to make sure that Wiggins and the staff all get along. This particular event was explained to us and even our concerns were looked after in a very professional way. I was very impressed at the way this incident was handled...I just love the staff.

Every staff member at Meadowvale is always friendly, professional and above all kind and loving to our fur baby. She is always excited when she hears the name Dogtopia and wants to go there at every mention. She has fun, gets lots of exercise and is a very happy girl that sleeps soundly when she comes home.
The staff are accommodating with our changing needs are always ready to provide assistance.
We trust the Meadowvale location to take care of our pup when we can’t be there. Thank you for all you do!
