Great customer service! I requested to order a package that was slightly different than a standard one, and they worked with me to get that completed. Then, there was a small mix-up and one of my photos was not sent out right away. To make up for this they threw in a small gift when the photo was actually sent out. Truly above and beyond!!

I really appreciate that when I emailed Jennifer with questions, she always responded promptly.

I think the website for ordering pictures could be easier to navigate. Changing the backgrounds was not intuitive. Some poses I couldn't figure out how to change the background at all. I'm still not sure how some pictures ended up in my cart while others did not.
