The ordering process is very easy. I like how I can easily pick out a background, then the package. There are many backgrounds and packages choices. The most important thing is that the price is reasonable and that is the reason I placed the orders ( and thank you for that!). CADY charges too much and I refused to order from them.
Good tool for pictures, it would be nice to have different graphic backgrounds to choose from features wise. But overall i like the process and it’s much easier to use.

The staff is extremely friendly. They worked with me to have a remake for the girls on my cheer team that missed the original date. They were able to crop them in our team photos. They answered the phone and email the same day for any further questions I needed. The options for the packages and special keepsakes were amazing and not over priced!
