I appreciate the photographer taking the time to respond to questions I had about the ordering process. The photographer was prompt in responding and helpful in resolving all my questions. Great customer service!

I love the amount of customization you get with TSS and how easy it is to order online. The quality of the photos I receive is top notch. My only complaint was that the bracelets I ordered were not good quality at all and one of them broke on the first day. I probably won't order any specialty items anymore and will stick to photo prints.

The kids had such a positive experience with your family portrait session. The environment was warm and welcoming and the photographer was absolutely great with kids. They are amazing

We love all the customizable picture packages. Each immediate family member gets to pick their own favorite background. It's so fun for our elementary student to share their own photo with their individualized backgrounds.

The quality of the pictures and the available backgrounds was good. I wish there had been more printed package options with few or no wallet size photos (no one uses wallet photos anymore). I also wish a paper form had been sent home with proofs or instructions on ordering. The email went to my spam and I almost missed the deadline to order

I love that I could make my six year old daughters First Grade pictures “Custom Made” with choosing beautiful backgrounds with different photographs and that I could put her Name, Grade and the Year on her Wallet Sized Pictures to share with Family!! The quality is marvelous! I would definitely give two thumbs up for sure(as my Daughter did when she saw her School Pictures!! Thank you!!
