I like the variety of levels of classes. I am a beginner, so I especially appreciate that the instructors demonstrate the poses and positions and physically correct my form to assure that I am doing things correctly. I also appreciate that the instructors are helpful, upbeat, and enthusiastic.

Easy, clean, fun, great teacher !

I used to go to the Brentwood location and it was really nice but this new studio in Westwood is amazing! It's huge and there are I think four studio rooms which is really convenient. The studios are also huge so I don't feel crowded at all when I'm doing mountain pose of stretching at the end which was always a problem at the Brentwood location. I love how close it is to campus. It takes me ten minutes to walk down there! Also the instructors have been great and have been really helpful. I think so many girls in my sorority would love sculpt that I thought of bringing it up to my chair about doing a sisterhood. Love the new place and core power!
