I want to share with you that my 1st experience at the Westwood core location was not welcoming. The class itself was amazing because that is the core way, but the instructor could not have been colder. She acted as if she was better then you and what she was doing was above her.
I went on Wednesday because I had received a free class. Brad was my instructor, amazing! He was so welcoming and offered a spectacular flow with words of wisdom. Because of the class with Brad, I would definitely recommend going! Try the Wednesday class at 4.
The instructors were incredibly friendly and got me into the studio immediately. I loved the Core Power 1 class, and as a beginner I especially appreciated the personalized assistance Emily B. gave me. I look forward to taking more classes and using all the amenities Core Power offers!
