I've been to several Core Power Yoga locations. The Westwood location is great and easy to find. I took a Tuesday class with Alyssa and she was a great instructor. I highly recommend this location. I will be visiting this location again and if all goes well in my upcoming classes this might be my regular location.

Cameron ( blonde, tall , pretty) taught one of the best sculpt classes I have ever taken.

The studio is clean and there is plenty of parking. I’ve only taken class with a few different instructors, but I thought they all had good cues and flows. I LOVE Ryan’s C3 class! I wish they would have more C3 classes offered besides on Friday evenings.

I wish the C2 classes were a little more challenging and include the full expressions and then easier alternatives.

But overall, I will continue to go to the Westwood CPY

Your classes are fantastic, and the fact that you have classes almost every hour and having yoga sculpt classes is very convenient
There aren't too many yoga sculpt classes out there.
The locker room could just be a little bigger but I think that's the case with most yoga studios.

I love your classes but the bathrooms are FILTHY! I would come far more often if the bathrooms were cleaner.
