The instructor was incredible and the studio is gorgeous!

This studio is great & the instructors are super kind. At this time, my only issue is that some people talk/giggle before class starts & after class. In other studios, instructors have politely asked people to not chat before & after class in the studio to respect everyone else. Maybe this could be implemented here? :) I just like being relaxed when I come to CorePower Yoga, not distracted lol.

The community is so inviting, the instructors are friendly and awesome.

I spent a few weeks in Westwood and CorePower Yoga was right across the street from my apartment so I decided to give it a try. I did a yoga sculpt class and couldn't stop, I was basically there every single day. As a runner, strengthening the core and stretching is so important... this is the perfect class for us runners!

It's a great place to work out. The atmosphere is awesome and the exercises is compatible with people from all different levels of fitness.

The 4:30 sculpt teacher in Westwood was amazing.

The studio is clean, the music is great the teachers are very cheerful and enthusiastic.

I was very nervous to take the yoga sculpt class, as I have never taken a class like this before. It’s been almost a year since having my first baby and I’ve been trying to get back into shape and learn to re-love my body. Our instructor Rowan was amazing and made me feel so comfortable! She made me laugh, made me feel empowered and helped myself push myself farther than I thought I could! I would recommend this class to everyone !
