I really appreciated how inclusive the class felt. I brought a friend who had never taken yoga before and she didn't feel out of place. The sense of community was awesome even with it being my first practice with core power yoga! The hands on adjustments are a great addition to classes. I really feel like I am able to improve with that kind of help.
