I loved the flow that Buck created for our class, it was challenging yet attainable and kept me on my toes. The adjustments he performed allowed me to get the most out of my practice and work on my alignment. I could tell he had a lot of experience teaching and it enhanced my practice!

Lexi is a fire cracker and I enjoyed her sculpt sequence/practice! Fed Hill CPY rocks!

I came to a a Sculpt class with a friend who is a member, not really knowing what to expect. What followed was a very challenging but extremely rewarding class! I don't believe I have ever sweat that much in my life but I loved it. Also, I thought I was a pro coming into class but turns out I'm an amateur - the people that do this weekly or more are the real pros! I can't wait to attend another class!

The Federal Hill location has a great atmosphere that is maintained by a host of teachers. My class with Dayna was challenging. I liked Dayna’s easy to understand instructions and demonstrations. Thank you!

I was hoping all members should not pay for any mat or towels when they are traveling. At least they should be allowed some perks when they are traveling.

I love the vibe at the core power federal hill location. The instructors are excellent the studio is well maintained. It has a warm welcoming environment, its my happy place.

I enjoy hot yoga. I enjoyed this style which is new to me. Somewhat a variation of Bikram and down dog. I liked the music and freeform experience. The only downside I felt is our breathing was not in sync as a class which seemed to make it harder for me to find my flow but perhaps this is the more freeform nature of the class allowing individualism.... The breathing at least for me creates a nice rhythmic flow and with my moves otherwise I'll be back and probably will make Wed night my new routine. Lovely people and facility.

Yoga sculpt is an amazing workout! The moves are challenging and the heat adds an extra level of complexity! Renee had great music, was organized, and supportive! My favorite was ending class with a cool towel infused with lavender, I felt so relaxed and ready to fall asleep! Love it and will be back!
