I was soooo happy to have classes with levels! All of my prior yoga classes there wasn't much opportunity for beginner-level. I will definitely be back. It's very nice to be not completely lost. My only disappointment was that Sarah was awesome and she was a sub...and I won't be able to go to her classes :(

Emily T. was particularly helpful with adjustments and made the experience really personable by learning my name and giving me criticism in a non-judgemental way to improve my form. Felt like I learned a lot more from her than on my own, even managed a successful "crow" position!

The studio was very clean and had nice ambiance! I also appreciated the ability to borrow a lock for the locker room!
Love the cleanliness of the studio, all the instructors have been professional, but I wish this location was able to offer some of the other classes on CPY's website, like cardio core. Also I wish borrowing a towel was included in the money paid. :) overall, love it! Seems very well run.

I love the spot at Fed Hill, its really amazing. My only negative comment is that I was once charged on my credit card for $20, that I did not spend. I'd like to have that money returned to me if possible. I will ask for it next time I go. But over all wonderful with wonderful instructors!
