Experienced, friendly teachers that know my name. Good selection of classes. Well rounded practice. Great location for me (and numerous other locations that suit my needs). Consistency in the way classes are taught in all the locations I’ve been to. Clean facility. I’ve tried a lot of studios looking for one that is a good fit for me, and this is it.

I appreciate the very hard working and capable instruction for the Yoga 1, 2 and CX classes. There are always interesting new twists to the routines to challenge us in class to progress physically and spiritually.
Keith is phenomenal. I always have an amazing class with him at the helm and can take what I need. He pushes me enough to go out of my comfort zone but gives enough room for me to modify what I need. Excellent!
