All the teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and not inimitading. I've learned so much from just the few classes I've taken.

I like that there is a sales rack with major discounts.
I like that there is a yoga class that I feel I could do as I am a beginner and am challenged currently in doing weight bearing exercises. My plan is to overcome this, but it's nice that there is a class I can take where I feel comfortable right where I am right now.
I have so far taken classes from 3 different instructors, all great.
It's also transformative. It's very calming, grounding, conscious shifting and mood lifting!

1. Modern facility, clean and the changing room with modern showers are awesome.
2. Knowledgeable yoga instructors are extremely helpful, positive, encouraging and friendly.
3. Daily schedule has classes for beginners and experienced yogis.
Erin the manager has created a very positive environment for both members and her staff.

The studio offers a calm, serene experience, the teachers are genuine and reflect their passion for yoga...the classes are well-paced and provide both an opportunity for contemplation as well as a vigorous practice.

Your Fair Oaks studio is always clean and staff ALWAYS friendly :) I like the different options of classes that are available so on the days I'm able to push myself I can go to a more advanced class, and when I need to take it easy I still have an option to practice with a lighter option. The instructors give great motivation along with meaningful affirmations and I never feel judged for being an amateur at Yoga. I would love to have Yin Yoga at the Fair Oaks studio.

The staff is all SO friendly and I felt super comfortable as soon as I walked in! The classes have been amazing so far and I like how we're encouraged to move at our own pace and ability.

It's hard to find a professional yoga atmosphere other than boring bikram, so core power was refreshing. I like the variety offered at core power and look forward to trying out all the different classes available
