I've been practicing yoga on and off for years but have always been afraid to try hot yoga. A friend took me to my first CorePower Yoga class and I loved it. It was instructional enough that I felt comfortable, but challenging enough that I quickly became hooked.
The yoga sculpt class is hard, but fun and the staff are nice.

Great class
This was my first time going to a yoga class, and I was a little intimidated. I found everyone at the studio to be very welcoming, non-judgmental, and happy to explain everything to me. The class itself was very well run. I was able to follow along as a newbie, but at the same time it didn't seem dumbed down.

I like how widely available they are--and the quality of the spaces. I've only tried one instructor so I've yet to see how consistent they are.
