I love that CPY has several locations around the city, offer the classes I love multiple times a day (CP Sculpt and C2) and the classes themselves feel like a workout. The teachers are kind, motivating, fun and kick your butt with a yogi flair. I also love amenities the studio provides in the locker room - I can come before work or before meeting friends after work because of it. It is a huge motivating factor for me to actually get off my butt and go.

When you walk into CorePower DuPont you are welcomed into a community. The staff and teachers make the studio a welcoming place to not only practice but grow. I'm so exited to start my PYTT at this studio this fall!!

C1 is an nice way to be introduced into Vinyasa. Until now, I've only practiced hatha yoga, which is quite different.

I've been practicing yoga on and off for years but have always been afraid to try hot yoga. A friend took me to my first CorePower Yoga class and I loved it. It was instructional enough that I felt comfortable, but challenging enough that I quickly became hooked.

The yoga sculpt class is hard, but fun and the staff are nice.
