Yoga classes
I really like how welcoming the people are at the front desk when you check in. And the teachers are all very enthusiastic and encouraging.To make it a better experience, I would reduce the temperature on the Sculpt classes. It can still be hot and feel good, but there's a point (probably above 85/90 degrees) that makes it more difficult to keep going and push yourself when you get dehydrated and over heated. If it were cooler, I would be able to push myself more and that's part of the goal why I'm there.
I appreciate the cleanliness of the yoga studios and changimg facilities. Its location on the corner is easy to find and its proximity to Starbucks comes in handy for the 6AM C1 class. The staff member I met, Emma, was friendly and engaging. Loved my first visit!

I love the way I was treated at the studio. The energy of ppl there are really enthusiastic and passionate. I highly recommend this center to get relax and give you a time for yourself to mediate.
