The Yoga sculpt classes are stellar. They incorporate everything I like - yoga, lifting, a little cardio. I feel so much better when I can do them and feel the difference in my tone.

I do wish that mats we complimentary. Also, I would be full time patron if the cost was lower per month. While fabulous, it is extremely expensive to participate.

I was in town for a conference, and had a great experience at Core Power while traveling. The staff was friendly, the facility was very clean and comfortable, and the classes were great. I would definitely visit again.

I am a huge fan of Corepower Yoga Dupont Studio. Abby is so friendly and such a great instructor. I specifically search out her classes. I also appreciate all instructors who take a moment to help adjust yogis, so if that can be encouraged, I support it :)

I attended Sihnuu class this past Saturday from 2:30-3:30. It was my first experience with Corepower, and it definitely won’t be my last. She did an incredible job taking myself (and the class) through a phenomenal hour of ab-building fun and sweat! 😃
