WoW sales rep indicated you cannot replace our windows because you don't do wood windows.
Been waiting a few weeks for email from salesperson---went a different direction

At this time we are going to put the windows and doors on hold, we had to pay too much in for taxes this year.
The sales person that came to the house was very friendly and had a lot of information. When we told him that we wanted blinds that go inside the window panes, he right away told us that we would need a different company for that, and he did not try to talk us out of it or pressure us in any way. He was still very pleasant. We then told him that eventually we would be replacing more than just the one window (picture window), he gave us a very good demonstration of the products Windows of Wisconsin had to offer. Our next step was to visit the showroom in Kaukauna. While we were there, we were given a tour of their facility and a very good display of their products. My wife and I then decided that we would go with Windows of Wisconsin when we replace all the other windows in our house.
My other estimate was for a higher quality product at a slightly lower price.

Windows are not in as of today, just checked was told waiting on wood trim.
So far my experience has been really positive. Jamie was very professional and polite. Your no pressure sales experience is top notch, unlike a lot of the competition.
