I don't yet have an opinion about the ink cartridges. The price was reasonable/low compared to other refill place in town. The gal that helped me 20 minutes to close was very knowledgeable. She tried to upsell me on the more expensive cartridges (which was not pushy - helpful) and when I told her my problems with cartridges is that they dry out before I can use them up she explained a few ways to get more mileage out of them. She suggested cleaning them and told me how. She then also told me that some printers/softwares can be automatically set to print every so often and that she recommended printing once a week. I often go months without printing anything.
She made it a great experience. I can think of think of nothing she could have done better. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If I was a small business owner I would have offfered her a job on the spot.
