Smartest decision I've made all year.
Customer service is excellent. We have been using the same old printer for 13 years and buying ink refills from Rapid Refill since it opened. There have maybe been 2x when the cartridges didn't work. They exchanged them; no questions asked. No digging for what you need. Walk in and they get it for you. I also like that they recycle everything including the boxes and plastic that the cartridges come in.

I'm not able to distinguish any difference between the quality of the refilled ink and the original and there is a significant price difference so it makes sense to use the RR ink.
