I like that you reuse my cartridges and even the boxes they go in. Being frugal to stay profitable is smart for a business. As a professional business consultant I hit cash flow (and customer service) really hard. "You're in business to make money. Use what you have and get creative with how you can get multiple uses from one item." You guys are great at that plus you keep what I need in stock. I appreciate that, as I never seem to plan ahead with my printer until it says, "Unable to print. Please check your cartridges and replace." Aarrggghhhh! Hahaha
