The price and excellent service!
The price was right. But I had to clean my printer many times while using the black ink. The print quality check was not good until I press the CLEAN button. the print quality check sheet warns me that the use of non-Brother inks may result in inferior output quality and/or machine damage.

Very fast service and good quality products for half the price
For some period of time it's just worked. Hard to say how long since it's tough to notice when there's an absence of problems but previously your cartridges less reliable. The guys at the store were inevitably helpful which kept me coming back and your cartridges weren't noticeably less reliable then other brands. But it's good that you've upped reliability.
Knowledgeable
This is the first time I have used a recycled toner cartridge. Everything is working great and copies are black. Too early to determine longevity. Great prices tho'.
