First off, I like the product because it lasts longer, and it is VERY cost effective.
Secondly, the service is QUICK and EFFECTIVE! When I've had printer problems, your staff tells me to bring the printer in right away. They address the performance issues immediately - often with no charge.
That's what I call CUSTOMER SERVIVE, from a very satisfied customer!!!

Good price, works just fine, unlike a refilled cartridge I tried many years ago....it ruined the printer. Also, $50 purchase provides free delivery....and driving the 14 miles to the store is not a fun trip.
