Several years ago I started using Rapid Refill and have not used anything else since...the product has always worked like a new one and only a couple times that I have had problems the people at the store are wonderful about correcting it with no problems...when my friend say "isn't it expensive to print a lot?" I just tell them I use Rapid Refill so it is not expensive at all..Thanks
I have appreciated in the past the research you do to find the toners we need. Its a benefit having you keep our past orders info on file for when i am reordering, then when I am not in my office to retrieve toner information you can look it up for me in your records. Thank you for your service.

I've been buying ink and toner there for years, and I purchase ALOT of it! Only twice did I have an issue with the product. (about the same rate I've experienced with OEM products) Each time the staff at Printer Source Plus resolved the issue immediately by replacing the product!
