I have an old printer and there times when, for a variety of reasons, will not print. I just drive a mile or so and Rapid Response/Rapid Refill will make my printer run like new every time. Wouldn't know where else to go. Rapid Response is a better name as the tech do more than refill ink products. First name removed

Ink cartridge works great with my printer. And if there is a problem you will try to see what is wrong and if it don't work you replace it.

This is great. The product is good, and the service was great. I saw that they have a number of products in the store, and the prices are reasonable. I'm making this place my new first stop for office supplies.
