The people at Printer Source Plus not only provide excellent products and high-quality customer service, but they also help to educate their customers and potential customers. I recently had a leased copier from another vendor who tried to give me false information about the lease termination and buy-out terms. The folks at Printer Source Plus reviewed the supposed lease termination and buy-out terms for me and advised me on the appropriate questions to ask my vendor. To my surprise, my termination fee and buy-out terms were reduced from almost $3,000 down to $400. I highly recommend Printer Source Plus because of their honesty and for taking the time to not only educate me but look out for my best interests even though it did not immediately benefit them. I will always consider Printer Source Plus first when looking for a new copier or printer.

Bullet proof reliability with the Epson machine and support services. I got my first indication that toner might be running low last week. The next day you showed up with a full reload supply of toners and instructions on when best to install them. The machine runs day in and day out like clockwork.
