Loved Cass as a teacher! She was so hands on and her cues were so precise. I knew what I should be doing the whole time even though I'm brand new to yoga. Left feeling so peaceful and relaxed.

I'm the kind of person who doesn't do a lot of yoga and is not very good. However, the yoga sculpt class I took here was absolutely amazing and I will 100% be back for more!! Thank you for offering this class for those who do a lot of strength training with weights.
Motivating group
I like the studio environment, and that you easily provide mats and towels. Also the bathroom facilities are really nice.
Love the class and the instructor--but there were WAY too many people in the class that it was uncomfortable. There were also no 3 or 5 pound weights available within 10 minutes of the class starting, which was very disappointing!

Very clean and welcoming facility. The Studio was heated but still felt very comfortable. The music to go along with C2 class was motivAting, definitely will be back!
