It’s been a great first month at corepower. I find the instructors extremely helpful and energetic all through class. Sculpt and strength full body challenge me, and I love the feeling after the workout is complete.

Bre's foundational form class on Sunday was highly educational and will assist me moving forward in my practice. It was incredibly useful to slow down and get back to basics so now I can apply these ideas to future classes that I will take that often move too fast to break down every move with that much detail. This reflects an overall attention to detail in class options that I appreciate. While I would like to take an HPF class at a time that is convenient for me, the variation of teachers, styles and classes is useful to mix up routines and styles. Teachers in general are very knowledgeable when discussing specific questions after class regarding poses and mindfulness.

Staff is warm, welcoming, and fun. Classes are challenging and there's good variety. Roe is an awesome manager - she's always working to make it nicer, cleaner, and just gives our Walnut Street studio a great vibe.
Attending CorePower Yoga classes is often among the activities I look forward to most each day. It is a rare opportunity for me to put my phone away for an hour and focus on linking mind and body. The connection of a physical exercise with mindfulness has become a positive addition in my life and is always refreshing on a daily basis. A shoutout to teacher Chrissie G who is no longer teaching after Tuesday. When I dealt with an overuse injury from running last fall, she recommended modifying jumping jacks to low impact and it saved my achilles from further damage. Her classes are always extremely enjoyable and her expertise assisted me during a challenging time. It is a bummer she will no longer be teaching but I am grateful for her classes that I have been able to attend.

Love the classes and the vibe! Just wish there were a few more C1 classes for us newbies. I’m still intimidated by the C2 classes so want to take more intro classes beforehand. On that note, C1 Heated Candlelight class with Lily was incredible! Look forward to taking more of her classes!

CorePower Yoga has changed my life. I often look forward to it as a highlight of my day. I know that if I attend a class, no matter what else happens, it's a good day. It's often the only hour of my day that I don't have my phone with me, which is extremely refreshing to fully reset away from a screen for an hour. I also appreciate the focus on mental health via intention-setting. Learning to set intentions for each class and write them down in a journal afterward has also helped me from a mental health perspective. Physically, I enjoy the challenges (ie: balance challenges and higher level poses) and I enjoy how teachers provide options to amplify or modify poses.
The staff was AMAZING!!! We are from California and they treated us like we were regulars.

I took the C2 class with Kendra and had a great experience. Kendra instructed the class with poise, enthusiasm, and intention. Excited for the next time I come in!

Overall, I like it there a lot. However, my last class Sat 3/1/25 at 1pm, we had a person who literally in one hr screamed that “woohoo” at least ten times (yoga sculpt, but still a keep to yourself type of class). The instructor Rachel stated she is not allowed to say anything, but agreed.
The music, the environment, the motivation and kindness from everyone around you. Very inclusive, I felt so comfortable. Everything was also clean.

CorePower Yoga classes are often the best part of my day and I thoroughly look forward to them. Putting my phone away for an hour helps me find peace, alleviates stress and anxiety and improves my mental health. I enjoy the personal flair that each teacher adds to their class. Whenever something feels repetitive and stale, it is very easy to take a different teacher's class just to change it up since there are so many class options. All of the teachers do a great job putting care into their practice and it is noticeable when they adjust the cadence of their voice to emphasize certain words and cues. Bre's foundational class was extremely helpful to learn certain movements in a slower environment than mid-flow (ie: putting heel down, then ball of foot, then toe for transition from three-leg dog to low lunge.) I'm hoping for a handstand class to be added to the schedule.
