The frequent availability of the classes and the friendly customer service. The instructors are also very helpful and help you to strive.

I really enjoy the sculpt class. I enjoy how cardio is worked into yoga practice. The teachers are all really friendly and welcoming. I love that there is a water machine provided, and the locker room is also nice.

I like the friendliness of EVERY staff member, class availability, knowledgeable instructors, and the variety of classes offered throughout the day. I also love how you provide everything we might need for our practice...bottles of water, hair ties, locks for lockers, towels, etc.

The instructors are awesome --so patient and willing to show the correct postures. I have tried other yoga studios and this one is by far the best.
