Brings together a group of diverse individuals, all trying to work on a healthier life style. The Y seems to be one of the only places in the city that is truly diverse.

I attend some of the yoga classes. Both Tracy C and Jean are excellent at safety and pacing that includes all levels of ability.

Friendly staff and no blaring music. Could maybe mix it up a bit though.

What does the Y do really well?

Cleaver is very family friendly, the kids love it here. With the daycare we get the chance to workout while they interact with a diverse group of kids. The bitty sports has been great introduction to team sports for our boys. Lastly, kids night out has been tons of fun for our kids, and a great reason to have a date night.

it's perfect for our family. we like to swim, gym and use child watch. it allows us to connect to fitness as a family and we love meeting all the different folks that work and play there!
