What a bright and cheerful place! I love the staff at the desk, and the people are friendly as we all work around each other to use the equipment. I would recommend it to everyone!!
I do want to recommend two things, though: the PRECOR stretching machine is in a place with much newer equipment, and it is bedraggled. It is in near constant use when I am there - and it is my #1 machine to prepare for the rest of my workout. The seat is worn out, and ....actually, the whole thing is worn out! Can it be replaced? If not totally replaced, can the seat be replaced?
Also, the women's locker room smells like mold. I know with the pool there it's hard to keep it from being too humid; however, for people like me with allergies to mold, I can't go in without feeling the effects.

I also think as you plan for Spring/Summer, I hope you will reopen the spray park. I live in Brookside and we have lots of young neighbor families who drive over to PV and Fairway to go to the pool in the summer.

Caring people and location.
I simply adore the people that work at the Y . Everyone that I have been in contact with have been supportive and friendly . You are made to feel as though it is your family . The instructors are willing to help in using the machines and the instructors are willing to give support if needed in the classes . Much professionalism is indicated by the manner in which the instructors give their undivided attention.

I like all the people at the check in desk. I like water aerobics but am displeased that the 5pm MOn and Wed classes have been canceled. Hope they will reopen in the spring. I can go to Rou's class on Wed at 11 and 8 on Sat at 8am. Miss Roy on the other days. He is great.
The location is great, staff and members are friendly. The building is clean and the windows make it bright.
I really like the Y - especially the water aerobics classes. Is there any way the women's locker room could be a little warmer in the winter? That would bwe my only request.
Ebony’s class
Facilities are clean and well maintained. There's enough equipment to get a complete workout and to make variations when desired. There's plenty of space to work out without disturbing or being disturbed by other members. The staff is courteous and helpful.
Love the variety of classes offered, but lately the YMCA 360 app schedule has had many errors and is not dependable. We have shown up and it’s not the class we expect. Added frustration for the Paul Henson members trying to transition over to Cleaver.
We love coming to the Y. We enjoy it as a family. We have teenage boys who now come almost every day. It is kept clean and always met with a friendly face to check-in. The patrons are respectful of the equipment and the space. Keep the spirit going at the Cleaver Y.
