Nice clean facility, friendly staff, all the exercise gear I want; would like more yoga classes for working folk, however. The Monday night class is good...would like to see her at least one other time a week. The Wed night class I went to several months ago and found it less than adequate.

Y is a great place for community and physical activities. Staff is very friendly. Extending facility closing hours to 10:00pm would immensely benefit the community and greatly improve membership rate.

Early morning classes at 5:30 am
the swimming facilities are excellent
It offers a well designed, beautiful building. The south facing windows of the pool remove the enclosed, choking atmosphere of most indoor pools. All would be for naught without a maintenance staff who keeps the property clean and sanitary. And even this would not be a sufficient draw without greeters who are genuinely welcoming and helpful. The staff that I have met are professional, well trained ed and knowledgeable.
The 5 am swimmers very much appreciate the quick response we got once we finally asked for help getting lifeguards to open the pool--and both pools--in the morning. This had been a problem for months, but once we asked for help, we got it. Thank you.

Not necessarily every Y is as nice as the Southern Platte County location but the children's area is impressive and the selection of classes is great.
