The people who work there have been very friendly and helpful,so far. Most of the people that are participating seem to be very friendly too and offe helpful also. I am just learning about the classes and trying them out.

I feel very comfortable working out at my YMCA. The people are friendly, they have classes that are perfect for me and there is plenty of exercise equipment so I never have to wait to get on a machine.

The classes offered are absolutely great! Every instructor is welcoming, professional, and encouraging. They each have so much to offer.

The Y does a lot of things really well:

It is open during convenient hours
It employs friendly and helpful staff
It provides a wide variety of fitness opportunities
It is conveniently located near gas station, library, restaurants, etc.

I look forward to visiting the Y almost every day, and I'm sure I am healthier and more physically fit because the Y is so convenient and provides such a welcoming and well kept facility.
