Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The staff in the daycare do an amazing job. They knew my son by name after only going a couple of times. He is so comfortable there and that makes it easier for me to workout!
Clean and friendly environment
Michelle conducts an excellent Silver Sneakers class for seniors. Everyone seems to feel a welcome part of this large popular class. And Michelle keeps a running conversation going with the attendees, along with promoting special events just for them.
You make friends, helps when you retire. You get to go on trips which you may not go by yourself, swim class
I think the staff does a great job of trying to greet you by name.

I am a widow, I am 85 years old. Coming to the gym has been great for my health and it has given me a chance to meet new people and new friends. Michelle, Rosetta and all the persons working there have been kind and wonderfdul to me.

The Y is affordable and I love having the option to visit other location in the KC area. I work downtown so I can go to the Quality Hill Y during the week, and go to the Olathe location near my house on the weekends.

Good benefit vs cost ratio. I get what I pay for and am happy with the services and equipment available to me at the price I pay. I could get better equipment or services else where but am not willing to pay the prices to do so.
