Friendly personable employees. The help when asked. The place is kept clean. Machine are kept going, meaning repaired.

I really like the trainers and the group classes. My favorite trainers are Shauna and Amber Herr. They are amazing and very caring and encouraging.

What does the Y do really well?

I was kind not happy at first due to one kid distracting the class and was thinking to pull my kid since the teacher is forced to attend one kid consistently due safety, but later Y added another teacher that really help for the class to go smoothly and that tells me Y will do what it takes to provide the best service. I'm satisfied with the out come thank you Ms. Kenna and Ms. Abby they are the best teachers for my toddler.
