The free weights, benches, dumbbells, Smith machines, and cables are well-maintained and nearly always available, allowing me to accomplish my daily lifting routines. I love this gym and drive approximately twelve miles to work out there despite being closer to alternative locations.

Great instructor for AOA class. She helped me before and after knee replacement. Friendly staff, clean facility and variety of classes for all ages and abilities.
